I think i'm depressed. I want there's no purpose in my life any longer. I want out. I cry myself to sleep as a result of i am afraid and that i hate the planet I sleep in. i'm sick and uninterested in my icky life. i'm depressed. are you able to provide American state some tips to not be depressed?
