. I thin he just wanted to lay out a good foundation, and develope the charactersmore before he is gonna let the really good stuff out. He had to make the show appealing to everyone rather than just for diehard mcu fans. Had he come out strong for the mcu fans the show would not survive. I believe he is going a bit slow with it to increase the average viewers while at the same time trying to give the mcu fans just enough to keep them watching. If he continues doing this he can give more of what the mcu fans want without loosing the general audiance.Starting out on the median and building more towards the mcu side gradually.. But that is just my thought on it. I might be bat shart crazy, but oh well. It won't be the first or the last time for me. LOL!
OMG that was an amazing episode for so many reasons!! I feel thrilled, ecstatic and... disturbed by that ending, I mean, what will happen now?! Waiting for the next episode is going to be hard, very hard!
From an action perspective, plus Aaron's own performance, it was good, and he was an excellent "anti-hero". There were scripting issues, but this is a good popcorn, friday evening movie, as long as you take it in context of what it is. I think there is sequel potential. The new viewing options seem to be correctly marked.
