@KingCraze this would be because it hass been taken from books, there is only so much you can actually put into the show, and with the sheer amount of characters and story lines crossings paths I feel I get just enough from each character, but on that note i haven't read all the books, i read the first and it took me like 7 months. I just dont like reading. but In the first book there is a Bit with the hound( burnt face guy) and he is talking with someone i wont get into it as for spoilers but as soon as i read i thought wow there is no hint of this side of him in the show. which would have you looking at him differently than most do. on that note tho i've always liked the hound. someone else said that after watching The Rains of Castamere.. yes what an episode!!! for numerous reasons... but he said that he prefered reading it as (to add here the books are done like chapters from each person so you are reading what goes on through someones eyes) as it really portrait the emotions going through their head, so bottom line is I don't think you can give more to BB for character development when we are basically only getting highlights of the full story.
Is it crazy that I loooove this family so much? They're the definition of ruined, of cursed, but also the very meaning of family. I love each and every characters of the Mikaelsons. Happy to know that Niklaus has it in him to be... The Die hasn't been cast after all for him. . And oh! What the heck is wrong with Marcelus! after going through all that trouble and then... smh.
Classic, I love it. The soundtrack (A Kind of Magic) was one of the first cassettes I ever bought to go in my walkman (those are 2 words not used very often any more). Back then I loved the basic idea of the film, I loved the action, and I loved the dialogue. . Connor MacLeod: Wanna hear another theory?. Lieutenant Frank Moran: Uh-huh.. Connor MacLeod: This Fasil was so upset about the lousy wrestling tonight, that he went down to the garage and in a fit of depression cut off his *own* head!. Garfield: Are you a faggot, Nash?. Connor MacLeod: Why, Garfield? Cruisin' for a piece of ass?. And that hand licking bit. Kurgan: Father! Forgive me , I am a worm.... [starts laughing diabolically]. Kurgan: [to everyone in the church] I have something to say! It's better to burn out than to fade away!. A great baddie, Kurgan. God knows what happened to that poor hooker "Candy". . A superb film with some terrible sequels. I did enjoy the TV series, but most wouldn't. There is an anime film of the highlander world which I thought was good and others may enjoy . 10/10 when I was fifteen, 9/10 today
Joe (2014), the film adaptation of Larry Brown's novel of the same name, is scheduled for release 3/18/14. I read the novel and it was characteristically great, so I'm hoping someone will put a link here. Should one appear soon, if someone could message me, in case I miss it, I'd really appreciate it. (It's not in the list of those to come--why I'm asking here.). Thanks!
This movie was really awesome the thing i love was the news reporters fight on Central Park watching Jim Carrey, Liam Neeson, Will Smith, etc. Fight for the title of who of they are the BEST Anchorman on the US, was pretty amazing, like the first movie of the Anchorman. 10/10
NOOOO Danny's becoming something terrible. At first i thought the money was going to his head but now I think it's something much worse. And I really thought Jo and he had a chance there but maybe it's better they don't get involved yet.
Whoah....starting to get deep. I really, REALLY hope it's not given up on. Whedon is definitely trying to fabricate something larger, and deeper, than Buffy. To all of the nay sayers: expectations of instant gratification will not, and can not exist with this show. They have to weave a fine line between their originality, AND the rest of the Marvel cinematic universe. This means taking into consideration the past, and the future box office releases.. This is really building up some steam, and I'm looking forward to the next few episodes (surely Disney wouldn't invest so much, without a grand plan...).
