Hmm, okay, so really I think this is quite strange. If you read the description for the show or seen the trailer you'll probably already have made a similar conclusion as I: there is a very simple solution to the whole embryo thing- actually the most logical one is give the embryos to the women who gave them in the first place as they would be the most fit anyway- unless of course they are drug-addicts etc. Instead it becomes this whole sick powertrip- conspiracy issue... totally unnecessary. . The Kyle thing just made me mad! That aside, the pilot did actually catch my attention and I will most likely watch the next episode. Whether I will follow this show or not will depend on whether it goes down a ludicrous over the top conspiracy or actually balances it.
[...] Love that selection kittie, i'm guessing you lift weights? http://www.solarmovie.so/js/jquery-bbedit/smiley/smile.gif[/quote] i just spat my tea all over the place ... hahahaha ... nope just like watching the guys who do ... hehe :|
@namroniwaj My problem with the new one was that the new setting sucked. It was a good popcorn action flick, bu overall disappointing, considering it was just a remake of this one. This movie is a classic sci-fi. Still very enjoyable.

100.000/10 I watched the first third of this one as a CAM on here but just couldn't bring myself to go on... the first "httyd" is one of my all time favourite movies and my fav animated movie of them all. And a CAM version simply doesn't do it justice. And this movie and Dreamworks deserve every ticket they sell. So I went and saw this in the cinema - 3D and everything... in a room full of parents and kids. Unbeatable excperience. I laughed, I cried, it was so great. - DRAGONS! - amazing storytelling (no fillers, no dragging plot, no random drama) - genuinely funny (oneliners, adorable dragons acting like cats and dogs and parrots all in one, situational comedy galore) - brilliant characters (flawed, driven by unique motives, believable personalities, not surrendering to any cliches - I especially love Astrid) - amazing animation, amazing backdrop, amazing scenery, amazing dragon designs - the soundtrack (the key theme gives my the shivers... especially whenever it pops up in other tracks... and "romatic flight" has yet to fail in making me cry every time. Every time.) - DRAGONS! I wish this had been around when I was younger... my kids will have to watch these some day... they better turn out to have great taste :D Go watch it in 3D, treat yourself. I will own this the second they sell it.
very true @spotflare . One of the few movies (that I've seen at least) that translates well into a film coming from a novel. The movie builds up like a book-slow at first and then comes the chaos. I felt the ending was somewhat abrupt though and I was left wanting more.
