Sadly, TNT announced that there will be no season 6. They said that it was a difficult choice to make, which makes me more disappointed than hearing about the cancellation. It's kind of like the "it's not you, it's me" line. Good news on the rumor mill is; they are considering making a movie to wrap up the cliff hangers that season 5 left us with. I would put a sad face here, but it wouldn't do my heart any justice...

No prob, I hope that you enjoy it as much as I did. Shows like this aren't about action, but more importantly; the anticipation of action. Wondering what's around the next corner, keeping you from getting to comfortable in your favorite chair. Not to say that there aren't plenty of shots fired, but the moments between fill you with a kind of uneasiness that grips you, and doesn't easily let go.

This is one of the most intense shows that I have ever watched. After only a few episodes, it builds a level of apprehension that grips you for the entire 42 minute runtime, and makes you want more when the credits roll. You can't even feel like you can let your guard down during the happy scenes, because it's just as likely then, than it is during a car chase or shootout, that the script will reach right out and punch you in the head. The characters are deep enough that you travel with them on their roller coasters of ups and downs; you cheer when their happy, panic when they're in trouble, and feel sorry for them when fate isn't too kind.

Does ANYone on this site watch this exceptional show?
I've never seen posts about it. I read some of the synopsis of this season's episodes, and it's lookin good. If you liked FLASHPOINT, you will probably like this show. It's set in LA, and as one might expect, it can be gritty and raw. The actors are excellent, and the story-line is good. Can't wait to watch episode 5!
