One of the best shows I have ever watched because its so versatile, It can be funny and sad at the same time. Atlantis sucked me in to the Stargate franchise. After I had finished watching Atlantis I went on to watch all 10 seasons of SG1 and Universe.
Such a shame they cancelled Atlantis and Universe. They should have finished Atlantis then went on and made Universe because ultimately Universe failed because everyone was so mad at SyFy for cancelling Atlantis that they boycotted Universe and some never gave it a shot because it's a lot different to the previous installments of the Stargate franchise, but it starts to pick up around Midway through season 1.
My hope is to see the revival of the Stargate franchise sometime in the near future and with this new SG1 video game to be released soon, lets hope that gets the ball rolling for the production of future Stargate Installments.
