I have to disagree with the other two comments, as I didn't think this movie was that bad, I have seen worse. Given that the actors were not "A" movie actors I feel they pulled it off with the storyline being what it was. I'd rate it a 6.8 out of 10.
Buried is a 2010 American thriller film directed by Rodrigo Cortés. It stars Ryan Reynolds and was written by Chris Sparling. Since its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival, the film has received a positive critical reception ... This is a film that keeps things deadly simple, one character, one location and a one line but horribly inspired plot ... Its a nerve-wrecking, claustrophobic suspenseful nightmare of a film with ultra intense drama ... enjoyed watching it!?!

Depends on the movie and time of year. With most movies that make it to the cinema you have to wait for the DVD release before a 'HD' will be available. An exception to this rule is when the Awards season rolls around and you get Screener copies of some of the films up for a prize. The only drawback to these are that the words For your consideration popup across the bottom of the screen ever 15mins or so. When a film doesn't get a cinema release, or does very badly, then it can make it here much quicker. The average time of a Blockbuster going from cinema to DVD is around 3-4 months, depending on what deal the studio has with the cinemas. [...]
[...] Wanted to view your brilliant work in peace w/o any stalling so I download it from Firedrive both times copy was awful? Let me elaborate: ya know when we get older movies in FULL View well both downloads were not wide screen? Were both FULL view , but... Man was it Stretched HIGH.. the video in vertical was stretched up so bad everything ran together and could barely read the fonts. Any ideas?http://www.solarmovie.so/js/jquery-bbedit/smiley/funk.gifhttp://www.solarmovie.so/js/jquery-bbedit/smiley/sweat.gif Really wanted to See this...http://www.solarmovie.so/js/jquery-bbedit/smiley/cry.gif Screens are like a few inches wide only and really stretched vertically out of whack! What player are you using? Just adjust your aspect ratio on it...the video aspect is 2.35:1... It's probably something to do with the way Firedrive encoded it. Just stretch it out. I dunno was stretch UP totally out of whack! Thanks mate. I was in a hurry to see your awesome rendering, so just Laughed then downloaded again. I had never seen anything like that happen b4 thought something went wrong on download. Appreciate the advice I was really sad lol. By default when I play MP4 files they open in divx. I have no clue how to change aspect ratio nor care now. I'm happy now that I am more awake atm.http://www.solarmovie.so/js/jquery-bbedit/smiley/shocked.gif I opened in Media Player but could not use controls or lever to Fastforward or anything but screen size is perfect. In VLC it looks awesome!!!http://www.solarmovie.so/js/jquery-bbedit/smiley/biggrin.gif Much appreciate advice. Also all of your hard work looks good, so when I awake later I will yay be able to watch it. Thanks again. Cheers... Like I mentioned on both downloads playing with default player as DIVX is all whacked!http://www.solarmovie.so/js/jquery-bbedit/smiley/lol.gif Right clicked on video in DivX it says Original Aspect is (1:1)http://www.solarmovie.so/js/jquery-bbedit/smiley/lol.gifhttp://www.solarmovie.so/js/jquery-bbedit/smiley/titter.gif not (4:3) or (16:9) I cant adjust it unless I do manually, but when i try it does not change how strange, but hey no worries at least I can watch in VLC. Yeh baby! nitehttp://www.solarmovie.so/js/jquery-bbedit/smiley/sleepy.gifhttp://www.solarmovie.so/js/jquery-bbedit/smiley/sleepy.gif This image makes it look better then it is but... http://oi62.tinypic.com/300s0nt.jpg but its ok now im cool...just sharing since i know everyone will be downloading your work[/quote] Yeah...that's screwy.
