Oz the Great and Powerful (2013) by mancmovieman, 18 minutes ago I agree with most of the things JunoSkyra says in her comments. The Wizard of Oz was always going to be a very hard act to follow (or is that advance?). Although I like Sam Raimi as a director, this film is overlong, and lacks the magic and charm of The Wizard of Oz, in part due to the overabundance of CGI. However, it's not a bad film and it does have some nice touches, plus the quality of the copy I watched was superb. MANCMOVIEMUNCHKIN

Virtual Nightmare (2000) by kac2868, 2 hours ago Watched "Virtual Nightmare". This is a sci-fi made for tv movie that kind of ripped off "The Matrix" movie as well as a few others. The story centers around an advertising exec who is having strange dreams and then starts to see things that others don't see. The story starts out okay but only picks up a little and doesen't develop half as good as "The Matrix" did. There are too many holes in the plot and the ending is not the greatest. I can only give it 5-6 out of 10 stars.
