I'm glad that I did not expect too much when I saw this sequel to one of my favourite childhood films. The storyline was dull and unconvincing as were the characters, and I was disappointed that some of the characters in the original were not in this sequel. I also did not think that the characters themselves were similar from the previous film. Charlie had changed, and now, he has a girlfriend. The first film had some good music, but the music in this film was unmemorable. In short, this film just did not do it for me.

I recently rewatched the original movie not too long ago because it used to be one of my favorites growing up. That made me curious about whether this one was good or not. (I can't remember if I saw it when I was little.)

But, it really wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. There were some decent songs, and it still had a little charm to it, even though it doesn't really compare to the first. What bothered me was that so much of the animation felt washed out and lifeless. And the voices just weren't as fitting as they were in the first film. Overall, just an ok movie that I won't revisit.

I think that this is disappointing sequel. I miss a lot of the old characters (King Gator, Anne Marie, etc.), and I don't like it due to the fact that not even half of original voices are back to do the characters. A lot of personality was lost in Charlie, and villain Red is not even half as bad as Carface was in the first one.

Just over an hour of innocent animation. Perhaps the devil-cat is a bit to much for the youngest viewers

A solid sequel, that has most of the love of the first. It doesn't quite float up to Heaven like the first did, but it still has the sweet story that just touches my core.

LOVED IT EVEN MORE THAN THE FIRST ONE. BRING ON ALL DOGS GO TO HEAVEN 3. I GIVE ALL DOGS GO TO HEAVEN 2 *****.

All the problems that were present in the prequel return in this sequel, but this time even the animation cannot save how boring the film gets. This time, the dogs are more annoying than likeable, and the story is much more of a mess and undeveloped than it was in the original.

Everything that was good about the first film has almost depleted in the second. This is yet another example of why sequels are usually worse than the first. Skip it.

All dogs go to heaven 2 is not a bad direct-to-video sequel, It still has some funny moments at times and some of the songs were pretty good, and the acting was pretty descent, but the problem is that not all of the songs are good, some are'nt even as good as the first one had, and the animation was a bit dull at times but was still descent though. So in the end, this is a good movie for the little kids and some fans might wanna make this a rental.
