Confessions Of A Teenage Drama Queen is not really a great movie, but I just enjoyed it. It was entertaining, the characters were amusing, and in days like these some parents would probably be glad if their teens had no worse problems than those girls in the movie. :rolleyes: One scene I loved a lot was when they danced on stage playing this game called Dance Slam. That rocked. I looked it up online, but couldn't find that game. Though I've seen something similar at the Games Convention in Leipzig past year. It makes the average person look good - if you don't bounce on your butt. :p

I went to go see Meggy today. We went to Kahunaville for lunch at the Holyoke Mall, and she bought some skirts at Express. Then, we went to go see a movie...

Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen (Sugarman, 2004) - *
I know none of you will see this, but I will warn you anyway. STAY AWAY! I will try to write a review on this sometime, but I might keep it short. Just watch Freaky Friday istead; its great!

I hated it, so we snuck into another movie (good choice!)...

Spartan (Mamet, 2004) - ***
Just when you think you have caught up with the plot, director/writer David Mamet drops the floor beneath you again. Another wonderful film of his - in the vein of Heist and The Spanish Prisoner. It is nothing like State and Main, but that's a great one too. I will be writing a review for this one, but it will prolly take a few days. I gotta go to work at BJs the next three days.

The drive-in theater shows the worst selection of films. It was out of my control what films I saw. I would have never chosen either of these in 14,011.32 million years. And here is my "Confession of a Bored Banana": I would almost rather of stuck a popsicle down my throat than have seen either of these movies. But not to say that I did not enjoy my time at the drive-in, that's always fun...as long as you don't pay attention to the movie. But the sign of a real film-lover is that they enjoy cinema even at its crappiest, and these films, indeed, are at the very end of the line. Yes, I am the kind of person who will go see what I know will be the worst film in all of history (see my review of Mary-Kate & Ashley's New York Minute- coming soon) just to laugh at it. But I have been rambling about the qualities of a true film lover and not describing to you, dear reader, why Confessions and Scooby-Doo 2 are bizarre forms of cinematic torture.

Confessions is every cliche in the "Dumb 7-Year-Old-Girl Movie Cliches" book. I don't even see how an innocent 7-year-old girl could enjoy this mess of sugar and terror. And must I even get started on Scooby-Doo 2? It's T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E.

I know this review is very, very vague and short, but I think I'm pretty much done here because I don't want to give the impression that I didn't have a good time at the drive-in. I did. I just hated the movies we saw and thoroughly enjoyed the giant pickles at the snack bar.

Pretty bad movie. I've seen worse though. There were a couple of funny lines at the beginning, but afterwards, I just wanted to shoot myself. I should have never watched this. I didn't want to in the first place.

It wasn't that good, but it wasn't that bad either :(

Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen is exactly the kind of film that the young women of America should be seeing. Is it silly to say that this is closer to what my High School years were like rather than Varsity Blues? Sure, I didn't become friends with a rock star or become the amazing lead in my school play, but I had a lot of fun and there was always an adventure surrounding an event with me around.

RATHER INANE FILM AIMED AT NOT TOO INTELLIGENT TEENAGE GIRLS.

From such movies as Mean Girls, to Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, and back to Freaky Friday and The Parent Trap, Lindsay Lohan can't keep a low profile. From her scruff with Hiliary Duff, to her showing off her legal aged body to the world, this girl keeps things exciting.

Commenting on this new section of mine, I will probably be beheaded by my fiancee, so, I hope I can live to see another day!

This girl is definately rated FRESH with a capital "S". ;)

Confessions gets a five because it says the word Random in good context at least two times. The movie was a little bizzare and out there for my taste. BUt each to his own.
