usually don't care for sci-fi flicks. this was exceptional. didn't recognize seyfried 'til halfway thru. as usual with blondes - hotter with dark hair.

I fondly remember that this film even existed, without hesitation having recently viewed alpha dog, i ordered a blu ray copy of this for a hefty price, it was well worth it. Astounding production design, special effects, story, acting all top notch, Shame this never had a chance box office wise, it had no backing from the studio upon release

Watched this a few months ago and I was impressed. Couldn't really ask for a better sci-fi story. Not a big fan of any of the actors in this either, though I thought every one was pretty decent.

A movie about class stratification and the use of lifespan itself as a currency. The main character does not steal the time he shares; that's why it's not at all a modern day Robin Hood. He's an honest and hard worker screwed daily by the system and then screwed big time when acquires time/money high-tech crony-capitalism and capitalists don't want him to have.

Kind of like a futuristic Robin Hood. Steal from the rich and give to the poor.

I like this movie. Awesome. Will it really come for us after some year!!!!!!! I'm Afraid. I don't want it.
