Sad and thought provoking animation. "God gives you relatives....thank god you can choose your friends".... I say, give the movie a try and make your own mind up.

It was horrible depressing, an hour and a half of claymation that was a dark unfulfilled waste of life and clay not fit for children nor adults. I expected the end to justify what I just endured and what was I left with? A hope that no child should ever see this!!!

I agree with previous posts that the movie was a little slow at first, but when the correspondence started, so did the movie in my opinion. It was so heartwarming and fun to hear their stories, yet so sad and utterly depressing!
The movie shows that friendship has no boundaries and no matter how old you are or how your life looks like, there is always someone out there that share a similar story or has it even worse.
I'm no big fan of this type of animation, but the storyline made me to totally forget about it. Actually, if they had used another type of animation it wouldn't have portrayed things in the same way as it did with the animation they used.
I can't say other than that i loved to watch this movie and i recommend others to give it a chance, even though it may seem boring and slow in the beginning. It's worth it!
