Yes, it has subtitles, haven't watched it myself though, so not sure what it's like.

Bates Motel (2013) s01e10 Episode #1.10 by movie_junkie, 4 hours ago sorry this season finale wasn't all that. thankfully there is a season 2 and this leads into it real nice. i thought episode 9 was better tho. a little let down. hopefully Grimm wont disappoint tomorrow tho. then on to the summer shows!!
