personally id say not the best movie ive ever seen but definitely worth a watch 6/10. For its artistic spin on the engagement and the reasons why it has gotten prolonged. I personally would have watched something with a little more sobriety in terms of romance since the movie was a little depressing in contrast to the humor watch it you will see what i mean.

I avoided this movie as for some reason I thought it was going to be a boring, un-original, only-go-with-your-girlfriend-cos-she-begs-you, kind of movie.
Actually haven't laughed at a film so much for quite some time.
Loved it. 8/10

Great ending. The movie was a little longer than it needed to be and the plot punches were predictable. Great cast.

I agree with jeydaleto.... longer than I thought and if they had month/year markings it would've been better. I've seen worse and I've seen better.

Really liked this movie!! have a major girl crush on Emily Blunt so I loved it. Longer than I thought it would be and it did make me tear up a bit. It would have been a little better if it had month and year markings so that it would have been easier to know how the time was spaced out but other than that really like it! :)

6/10 score from me. The type of comedy is either dark humored or slapstick. It was a bit different than expected, so basically, it wasn't like every predictable romantic comedy, which was refreshing. The movie is a bit long 131 minutes with credits, so like most romantic comedies, it's not 90 minutes. And although it is long, the feeling of following them through every step of the five years is worth it artistically for the film. There are no "# days/months/years later subtitles" it runs all the way through, and flows nicely.
Rhys Ifans did a great job playing Winston.:) Good movie! Watch it!
